Gorgeous fan with lamp. It matches my other lamps and will be beautiful in our new bedroom.

I bought six of these for our historic home.5 were great except the remotes operate all the fans at the same time. They are in different rooms. So if you want to use the remote you have to turn off from the wall.The Major problem was one had a missing part at the top and a cracked globe. It’s hung so I just need the missing part and a replacement for the cracked globe. Fan is on the left side. The arms that stabilize the fan are missing. It also decorates the fan making it look special.They will not send the missing part or the cracked globe. Also the globe is too dark to really be a light. Is more like a night light.Buy from a different company. It is a good fan but if it comes damaged or a missing parts they nor or Amazon will help you get any service.Also their message system will not support an even a single photo. It says it’s too big. The representative Julian would not assist me through how to reduce the size of the photo to send through their system.

This fan/light combo is gorgeous! I initially though it would be a bit small for my space, but now that I've had it for a year and a half oI can't imagine any other fan working so well. I normally don't like things too ornate and was worried this might be too much for me, but it's just perfect. The fan itself puts out a lot of air and the light is dimmable which is perfect for setting different moods.

Very pretty but for the price I paid it thought the blades would be wider to fill more visual space. The installation was difficult because there were many wires housed in the box that needed to be placed in the ceiling & it has a very small mount to cover all the wires. It was NOT easy but it looks nice.

A bit challenging to install, but a beautiful fan. I was SO excited about it. However, there is a horrible KNOCK when operating. After spending over $450, my disappointment is palpable! I have had two separate handymen come out and attempt to rebalance, adjust the fan blades, etc - with no resolution. They say they believe that the problem is in the motor. I have already thrown away the box so I cannot return the fan - or I would. I'm still in the process of trying to figure out a contact solution. UPDATED 2/12/23: after contacting the seller and communicating with one of their representatives, they replaced the fan free of charge without asking that the defective fan be returned! I was thrilled (and a little surprised) at how easy and pleasant the interaction was! Customer service does not seem to be important to many businesses these days, but Lamps Plus was better than I could have imagined. The new fan is up, beautiful, and operating perfectly!!)

Amazon keeps saying I can't return this item, yet I have a conversation with the seller though Amazon saying I can return it...one is not allowing this to go. Beware if you buy this and it's not has big as you think, it doesn't work as described and you want to return it..

The top cover that is installed on the ceiling is small. Difficult to install since it comes with controller and with all the wires required to operate it. Otherwise a very nice unit.
