I take two every morning. I would like to introduce this supplement to our space program. If it supports healthy structure and cartilage in my joints under constant gravity, it should provide our astronauts with tremendous support under zero or minimal gravity.

This is my favorite glucosamine. I don’t have major knee problems, but since moving into a house with stairs one has been bothering me every now and then. I can feel a difference in my knees when I take it regularly. I just wish the price didn’t keep going up every time I buy it. Because of this i’m going to have to start trying to find something cheaper.
