Microplane Gourmet Series Coarse Cheese Grater, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Silver

This grater seems to be well made and works great (pun intended). The cover can be a bit tricky to get off but after a few uses it's not a big deal.

I've had a plastic frame version of this microplane that I have had for 15 to 20 years. It is cracked around the perimeter but kept on going. Finally decided to replace it. Wow. No really, wow. So sturdy, so sharp. It will last through the end times....

Sharp, a good size to grate hard cheeses. I've got several of the planes, in the file shape, course and fine.Some of my microplanes are over 20 years old, still perfectly usable. I usually hand wash them, and everything else with a sharp edge, they stay sharper.

Sharp and great quality

Appears to be well made grater with the right cut for grating cheese. Width is wider than other microplane graters which I like. So far happy with purchase.

These are absolutely solid and super sharp. I love them and use them almost daily. Slices through the hardest cheese easily.
