Nearing 10,000 highly-satisfied customers!
First, let me explain my need for knee support. I twisted my knee while carrying an 80 lb. carton of porcelain floor tiles. Ligaments stretched more than normal. This resulted in mild pain and popping of the knee. I am 71 and climb and cut trees professionally. I can't afford to take any chances with an unstable knee while standing on branches sixty feet off the ground and running a chainsaw. Not a good idea at all. The injury is temporary - it will heal itself after several weeks - but I don't want to take a chance of prolonging the healing process. I decided that a brace of some sort would be a good idea. Having no experience with any sort of knee support devices, I went online and did my research. I almost bought a compression knee sleeve by RiptGear, priced at $19.99. It is rated "Best" with a 4.6 star rating by ConsumerReporting. I was momentarily fooled into thinking this was the well-known and highly respected independent Consumer Reports. It is not. The 4.6-star rating is the result of 238 (as of this writing) customer reviews. Reading many of the reviews, it seemed to be an ideal product for my injury. But I decided to look a little further. A little more research brought me to your product, the UFlex Athletics Knee Compression Sleeve. The description sounded comparable to the other product, the price is $14.99 instead of $19.99, and the rating is, as of this writing, almost identical - just a hair better - at 4.7 stars. The BIG DIFFERENCE, in my opinion, is that the other product earned it's 4.6-star rating with 238 customer reviews while your product earned its 4.7-star rating with a whopping 9785 customer reviews!!! Very impressive, to say the least, and very convincing. It doesn't indicate that one product is necessarily better than the other. However, it certainly does indicate that nearly 10,000 customers have been highly satisfied with your product. That is what sold me. I ordered it and it arrived the following day. I wasn't expecting miracles. However, from the moment I put it on, my knee felt much more comfortable. Pain is almost entirely relieved and there is no more popping of the joint when I walk. I'm not ready to test the knee in trees yet, with or without the sleeve, but normal movement and walking present no problem. I must say that I am equally impressed with your follow-up care and concern for your customers - wanting to be assured that everything is all right and expressing every willingness to do whatever is necessary to make your customer happy and satisfied. In my case, nothing further is needed. Thank you!If I might make one suggestion, it would be that the instruction to measure the knee 4" above the knee cap (in order to determine the appropriate size sleeve) is too easy to miss. I would make that instruction more prominent. In my case, it didn't make a difference.

Well-made but size up
Although this seems to be a very well-made support, there was an issue. I measured 16.5" @ 4" above my knee (which was the lower level of the M), so I got size M; however, the fit was extremely tight above the knee, felt like it was cutting off my circulation. I've already cut out the tags and worn them, so I'll not be returning, but I'm not sure that I'll be wearing these again.

Helping Me Become the Kenyan Runner I always wanted to be...
Has anyone seen Eluid Kipchoge break the 2-hour mark for a marathon? I'm not a distance runner but that non-human feat was awe-inspiring. My problem is years ago while skiing in Vail, Colorado, I sacrificed my PCL to a steel pole. Fast forward a few years and I decided to start running again. Due to the instability, over time the knee muscles become inflamed resulting in a lot of crackling and popping. After a little rehab, I asked my doctor how to avoid this happening again. He offered two pieces of advice. First, build up the muscles to help keep the knee in place and second, get a knee compression sleeve. So after watching more videos of people trying to run Eliud Kipchoge insane 4-minute 33-second pace for 26 miles I determined they were absolutely nuts but I would do my best to unleash my inner-Kenyan an sustain a 9-minute pace for 3 miles because as men we need a goal. Thanks to Amazon Prime and Jeff Bezos knowing what I need before I even search for it, my UFlex's Knee Compression Sleeve arrived by magic carpet. I pulled it up my leg waiting for the transformation from 53-year old white guy to thin, really black Kenyan that can float on air. I felt something so I quickly looked in the mirror but much to my dismay I remained very white, very average, and still missing my PCL. But then I began to move and stretch and things felt different. Maybe there was something magic in the UFlex sleeve. Was it possible to run without feeling the Angel of Death poking and laughing at me? Not knowing what to expect I took my UFlex Knee Compression sleeve for my typical 3-mile run. I ran a mile and I felt pretty good, then another and another and before I stopped I ran 6 miles. My knee wasn't complaining, it didn't say a word. I knew this euphoria wouldn't last because the next day I wouldn't be able to walk must less run.The next morning there I was standing on the road at 6 a.m., ready to run. The first mile was a little slow but my knee didn't hurt. Mile 2 felt even better because now I was getting warmed up. By mile three I was in a grove. Then the most amazing thing happened, I looked back to see if my old running partner, the angel of death, was close on my heels. I couldn't believe it, he was lagging, unable to keep up. I was finally doing it, I was running with proper form, I was becoming a Kenyan marathoner. Maybe it was the runner's high or some strange metabolic transformation from two days of running but when I passed a business I saw my reflection in the glass, could it be, did I look thinner and darker? In the end only UFlex knows the magic they put in this wonderful product. I just want to say, "thank you UFlex" for helping me become the Kenyan athlete I never knew I could be.
