Delicious !!!
I love Ritter Sport candy bars. You can find them all around where I live no problem but not all the different flavors. Never had the coconut ones....Yeah they're good !!! And these were actually sent from Germany, they arrived on time, were fresh (not even close to the expiration date) Ritter Sport Rocks !!!

Not fresh
The chocolate and coconut was obviously old - the chocolate had white crud all over it, as if it had been cold, then warm, then cold again. The coconut was hard and stale. I happened to see these bars in the store and bought them - they were 100% better. The chocolate was rich brown and the coconut was soft; they were actually very good. So, the difference was the age of the bars I was sent.

Delicious
Delicious and not too sweet. Arrived quickly and appreciate how well packed the package was to protect product.

Shipped well yet bars fell apart
Still the great flavor but although in very good condition, the bars separated into layers, not holding together well at all. Not sure whether this is typical of the ones direct from Germany as one’s purchased in the United States are a bit more firm and the layers stay together as they should.

German chocolate
Our exchange student wanted us to taste this chocolate. It was good, but there is definitely a difference between European chocolate and what we as Americans call chocolate. Lindt truffles are my favorite and after tasting this brand, they remain my favorite. This candy was smoother than many European chocolates I have tasted, but in the end, their price did not convince me they were better than what I can easily buy here.

for those complaining about this product melting during delivery...
... do not order during warm weather. in europe, i could only purchase coconut/chocolate during the winter months. this is for good reason. for some reason, the coconut/chocolates like this bar tend to soften, even melt, during warm weather. i prefer this chocolate when it is soft but it's just as tasty when firm. it brought back a lot of good memories and i will order again but will wait until late fall.
