Helps bowel movement, and likely has the benefit of fiber for health concerns. I think I would enjoy mixing up smoothies with psyllium powder instead, as these require a heck of a lot of pills to swallow to achieve the best results.

After a couple of week I was then told I can ask for a refundand a received my money back with out issue.Again GOOD Product just bad communication from sell and Amazon as well

Good product that if taken as recommend works very well at adding extra fiber and helping with regularity. No taste and easy to swallow/digest.
