Good product, but for the installation matter worst response from the luminous company, almost 1 month completed the product was delivered even still no response from luminous side for the installation

Another excellent product from the Luminous house.
Delivery was quick and the couriers event carried it up to the first floor where the old battery was kept. 6 months in, been working fine ever since with no issues.

Stopped working exactly aftr 2 years
Exactly after two years finished, the product has stopped working...seems not of good quality

Only 4 star because of poor packaging and handling of level indicators
3 out of 6 level indicators were broken. They could have been wrapped inside thick and soft foam. The electrolyte levels were above the green level when checked with remaining 3 floats. Forced to by new floats, but unfortunately they show almost 5 mm more than the stock indicators. Did not get a chance to fully assess the battery capacity, but it seems OK with V Guard Smart UPS.
