Good source of electrolytes
I have ordered multiple times. Good source of electrolytes if you are fasting or carnivore.

Good source of sodium and magnesium
We are all sodium and magnesium deficient. This can help as electrolyte with any funny taste or sugar. The travel bottle is a must have, specially in the summer months. It fits almost anywhere, it's refillable if you have a larger container.

EXCELLENT product - the best I have found ever
not kidding folks, and I'm not paid for this; don't know the company actually just thankful to other honest Amazon reviewers for the tips that prompted me to buy.I've suffered from leg cramps for a long time, often "thrown out of the bed" usually exactly during REM sleep, which is a real problem for your health. Tried lots of products and advice over the course of many years - couple of decades off/on. I do drink filtered water mostly, but no longer exclusively. I hit the gym 5 days per week on average and walk at least a mile rapidly mostly days in addition to cycle trainer and weight lifting. I do sweat a lot in the unbearable heat here, but I drink on average 2 litres of water per day my minimum, plus more in tea etc [NO coffee..., NO soda, just water and some hot tea]. Nothing ever worked. Nearly every magnesium thing on the market either makes my gut ill or simply does no good, including salts/oil rubs, aspercreme [a very good product but doesn't prevent cramps] etc.THIS WORKS.At first, I was getting disappointed thinking it was another hope-filled fail but I stayed at it for a few days then looked back and noticed I DIDN'T have nighttime or any other leg cramps for a couple days. I thought it was a fluke, maybe I just didn't get enough water that day or some other accident. My formula for daily water is about 2/3rds to 3/4 clean "zero" water [not the company, just double reverse osmosis water that has 0 TDS, no chems] plus the rest 'tap water' from my home which is softened [19 hardness from the source, zip in my internal], filtered through one big household GE carbon filter that removes most chlorine and a few other things, but leaves 95% of the solids so a fairly rich TDS number, and this product: in one litre I use around 20'ish drops... I don't measure precisely anymore but its in that zone. That's the end of cramps. I mean it sincerelyMANY THANKS PRODUCER!! You have done your homework!

Shrinkflation?
I've ordered this product on and off for a few years while doing keto. In the past this bottle came packed in a box that also included a smaller squeeze bottle. You could fill the smaller squeeze bottle and included instructions on how much to fill the bottle cap to add the right amount fasting drops to your drink. I've included a side by side of the squeeze bottle and regular bottle from the last order I'm still using today to the new bottle I just received for reference.

My mind is blown!
So 2 1/2 years ago I began Plexus supplements. With those supplements I was told drink 1/2 your body weight or more in water or the products will not work like they were made to. Around a month or so after I got covid and my heart rate for the last 2 1/2 years has been resting at 85 and when I would get up to cook or clean or just simply go to the car it would jump to 120 easy. I quit my supplements because they weren’t really working like they once did and I thought I was suffering effects of long covid or something. The end July of this year I began Intermittent Fasting and it has became a lifestyle change for me. The longer I have fasted the worse my heart has become and I've read in books about needing electrolytes so I bought the bottled water with Electrolytes in the stores, I’ve ground Pink Himalayan salt into my coffee and water and nothing helped. I purchased these drops because I saw someone mention it helped their heart in the reviews. Not more than 20 minutes after drinking my first cup my heart literally slowed to a resting of 62 after resting at 85-90 for the pst 2 1/2 years. It is day 2 and I have now ordered the magnesium drops as well. 2 years ago when I began drinking so much water and now fasting, I was slowly depleted my minerals and had no idea this was the reason for my heart overworking. I am so thankful to have found this product. My heart is happy and I am no longer worried all the time. ♥️

Convenient and effective
I really like the convenience of the drops. I bought the 4 oz. size with the dropper and then buy the more economical 18.6 oz. size for refills. These drops have served to stabilize my sodium levels without causing a harmful increase in my potassium.
