Great for PMT or other hormonal imbalances that cause mood swings, and because it's a liquid it's easily absorbed and works fast.I'm at the time of life where my hormones are starting to get a bit unpredictable, and the mood swings/grumpiness caused is not fair on family! 25mg of this in a drink (something fairly strong tasting, like juice) and I'm calm again within the hour.

This is not the same as the picture and not what I thought I had ordered. It tastes different from the last lot i ordered from Metabolics directly. Feeling a bit suspicious:-/
