Work Perfectly
Bought these for my chemistry labs since my college always seemed to have a shortage of decent micropipettes. They were amazing and worked wonderful. I even had to make sure to keep my eye on them so the other students didn't use them without asking. If I'm ever in need of another set I would definitely buy these again!

the pipettes are accurate and work
This is a large pack of different sized pipettes. I found them to be accurate and easy to use. I like how many you get and the volume variety. It is a bit expensive though, in my opinion, but great quality and a big pack so 4 stars.

Working just fine
This pipette set is perfect for anyone who wants to expand their scientific repertoire without having to buy several different products piecemeal. The set comes with several different pipettors that all fit nicely on the included rack, which is simple to set up and durable enough to hold the units securely. The pipette tips are also well encased in plastic to keep them sterile and are very simple to attach to the pipettors directly from their holders.

Arrived incomplete and Amazon is being unhelpful
The set arrived in late april as expected. We were setting up a new lab, so it took me a few weeks to unpack and organize it all, at which point I realised that there are two tip boxes missing from the set - one for the 2-10 ml and 1 for the 1-5 ml pipettes. That was late may, I contacted the CS explaining the issue. They got back offering 3 options, one of which was a partial refund. That's the one I chose, as these large volume pipette tips are not cheap, so emailed them accordingly. In my line of work I don't use these large volume pipettes very often, so after I emailed amazon CS with my choice I was relying on them doing their jobs and kinda forgot about it. on the 31st of May I realised that the refund never came through. So forwarded my previous message to the same account address for CS. Again silence in response and again I forgot about it because I have more important things to worry about and having done my part (emailed and then followed up with Amazon) I was relying on them to do their bit. Fast forward to yesterday (10 June), it dawns on me that nothing has happened yet. So email them again, going into detail of my ordeal. Receive a message back informing me that it's now outside the window for returns/refund and basically there's nothing they can do. So I pick up the phone and spend over an hour talking to various departments - it took them ages to actually dig up the original message from themselves, another half a century with me waiting on hold to see what they could do. And the only thing they could suggest was for me to contact a manufacturer and take it up with them. So to recap. Amazon shipped an incomplete order. Was notified of that within the timeframe of eligibility for a refund/replacement. Ignored my answer, ignored my follow up email when I was trying to check on the status of my request. And then after I spent money on a lengthy long distance call and acknowledged all that, they told me that their "system" doesn't allow them to do anything about it and I should have called earlier. They did apologize for this massive screw up but i'm still 2 boxes short of expensive pipette tips. The pipettes are good by the way - work fine, but that is only if you are lucky enough to receive the full set with all the necessary accessories or failing that, having nothing else to do but send amazon multiple emails and then spend hours with various CS reps on the phone. Bottom line for me is - not worth it.
