Got product fast. I just got it so I can’t give review yet on effectiveness, but based on my research it’s effective and a recommended product.

**Before I get into the review, I have to say this 1st.....There is nothing wrong with L-Arginine, it's been used for decades..... Just chk with your Dr if you're unsure**Now when I was looking for a good NO booster, I was trying to find one that used to be like the one I took 20yrs ago, but come to find out, the company folded in 2010, and sold their formula, but anyways, I got this after trying several different brands, over the last 2yrs, this one will be staying in the daily mix, it has the right amount of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline Malate. I love that it is tablets not capsules, if you take alot of capsules you'll eventually know why this is the better way, plus it absorbs in the blood stream better after breaking down. It does say 3 a day, what I would recommend, take 3, 30mins before your workout, and on non training days, take 1 in the AM and 2 after lunch, or visa versa, I have notcied its works amazing this way. Keeps the veins happy and flowing. 1 thing I will say, up your water intake by a min of 16oz per day. Usaly I will take something for 2mo+ before making any kind of review, but I could tell the 1st day I got this in the mail. Damn good product, please Dr Emil Nutrition, DO NOT CHANGE THIS FORMULA!!!! As someone that has taken supplements on and off for almost 30yrs this one is impo the best of the best when it comes to a NO supplement. Price is perfect too. I could only put 5 stars but I will say a strong 9.8 stars. Hope this helps everyone.

I’ve tried a few different ones in powder and hard pill and I must say, this packs a punch. If you are sensitive to NO boosters (that weird itchy feeling) I recommend starting off with two tablets at first to build tolerance. I noticed that as far as gaines, it works best if you take it 5,6 hours before your workout vs only taking it right before workouts. Otherwise you won’t get the full benefit of its peek. Because of its pure form, it will take a little bit longer to kick in than the powder would. BUT…when it kicks in, it KICKS IN. A little pricey by comparison to others but you’ll get the best bang for your buck since you only need 2-4 of these to feel something instead of the 4-6 of other pills.

A daily go to for a great workout. Noticeable difference. Great quality.

El problema de calificar suplementos es que muchas veces nuestro cuerpo no los necesita o no son los apropiados para nuestra situación de salud y al tomarlos no vemos cambios o mejorías, como si los vería alguien que tiene algún déficit o problema por el cual necesite el suplemento.En mi caso con este creo que ha pasado eso, lo compré para tratar de mejorar mi rendimiento en el gimnasio, pero la verdad no he sentido cambios significativos.No he llegado a sentir más energía o más fuerza.Lo sigo tomando, pero para la próxima probaré otra marca, no porque esta no sirva, más bien para contrastar resultados.No he tenido problemas al tomarla, como efectos segundarios. Me parece bastante costosa, para la cantidad de pildoras.

Really feeling this supp. I rarely write Amazon reviews (not really my thing) but this product deserved one! I've been in the gym game for years and this product delivers the best pump per capsule I've used. I'm so vascular and veins are popping everywhere - after just a couple sets in the gym about 30 minutes after taking this beauty. Lifts are strong, energy is sustained and I'm just popping out of my shirts. Thankfully it's almost suns out guns out season and I'll be switching over to tank tops - otherwise my shirts might start busting. Just kidding about that, but seriously this product is top notch. I am taking an extra tablet or two but not stacking with anything else except caffeine so the pump is definitely from this product. I was using tablets from another brand of Arginine/Citrulline and taking the same amount (4-5 tabs about 30 min prior to lifting) and got decent results, but not nearly this good. These tablets are a bit bigger, but they go down easy enough. I'm a big, tough dude so I swallow all 4 or 5 at once, but others may find them to be a bit on the large side but unless you're a total woos they are easy to swallow. Also, if you use a pre-workout with lots of pump in it, this is a great supplement for taking through the day to maintain that great pump and we all know how good arginine is the vascular system and you heart! If you're not using a pre-workout for pump, then buy this immediately. Guaranteed you will get a great pump and better lifts/energy. The Dr. Emil brand is the shizzle and I'm going to be trying way more of his sports nutrition stuff in the very near future. Thanks Doc!!Also, one more thing - this is a great value for the dosage. It's more than double the total Arginine/Citrulline per bottle than brands I see charging just a bit less (nowhere near half the price). Great product at a great value! Really can't go wrong

The serving size is 3, I’ve taken up to five and feel absolutely no pump. The size of the pill is HUGE, so taking more than five makes me feel like the pills are going to come back up my throat. I’ve tried taking these 20, 30, 60mins, even 2 hrs before my workout and I have felt nothing and seen no difference in my performance or feeling in my muscles at the gym.
