I'd like to give this 4.5 stars, but I'll gladly round up to 5 instead of going down to 4. I have been making and drinking this same cold brew for YEARS. It is so easy, and the taste is very consistent, unlike my favorite coffee shop. I make this in a big mason jar and drink it for 4 or 5 days. It's so easy and so tasty. Pro tip - add a cinnamon stick to the jar while it's brewing!

It is my first time trying this brand, and especially trying anything classified as "New Orleans style". The flavor is great - I really like the addition of the chicory, which reminds me somewhat of cinnamon. I don't think it adds "sweetness" per se, but it helps to offset the normal bitterness often found with cold brew.It's very easy to make - you add one pouch to 16 oz of cold water, refrigerate overnight, then pull out the used pouch the following morning (being careful to squeeze the coffee out without accidentally tearing the pouch). It makes a very strong concentrate that is recommended to dilute with water 1:1.To drink, pour some in a cup, add an equal amount of water, and drink chilled or pop in the microwave (but careful not to let it boil). You can also just add boiling water to dilute, but I like to just add the water and microwave it (easier) and it doesn't seem to affect the flavor. (You can also drink it straight undiluted if you want to, but I prefer the taste diluted, and the caffeine content is a bit more manageable for me that way, as well.) I followed the recipe exactly and am very pleased.I plan to order this again. I like a variety of different coffees and cold brews - this will be an excellent addition to the rotation. I would recommend this product without reservation!

When I lived in Manhattan, I regularly bought Grady's in a bottle. Then, when I moved to the country, I discovered that I had to drive 40 miles to get it. Imagine my delight when I found out that you could buy their blend at home in easy-to-prepare brew bags. I ordered some and Grady's did not disappoint. I am happy to report that the process is simple and the resulting brew is as rich and satisfying as the bottles I bought in NYC.Since the caffeine can sometimes be an issue with cold brew number 3 or 4 later in the day, I tried the decaf and it is also flavorful and rich. It has a very slight taste difference from the regular (one that most people won't notice). You can also mix the pouches to make half-caf.I have tried several other brands because I prefer organic coffee, but none come close to the taste and richness of Grady's and I always come back. So it's one of the last things I still use that isn't organic or from a local supplier I know and trust. I hope they come out with an organic version someday!I'll close with a word about Grady's customer service - that word is "Awesome!" I had an issue with an order on Amazon where I got confused and accidentally bought regular when I intended to buy decaf, and the fine folks at Grady's quickly made everything right, plus went above and beyond to thank me for my loyalty. Grady's is a quality small business that I'm happy to support.

3rd order - I've changed my water usage to get more coffee per cup. Still delicious!Grady's is a great cold brew process. The coffee blend is perfect! Seems there is a change in packaging....previously 4 coffee pouches came in a tin. Now the pouches are coming in boxes, but still plastic wrapped. As it have tins from previous purchases I just "repackage" the pouches in the tins. I'm good with the change, assuming the taste and smoothness are the same.
