Apart from the wire length and wire quality the pump is really good. The pump is really useful for 24/7 use if you keep it deep in the water.Still I had some problems and you may experience the same. But you can easily get rid off that.1. The pump may stop working all of a sudden.= It is because of over heating, the pumps thermal fuse may cut off; leave the pump to cool off for 15-30 mins. It will start again (you have to switch off the pump). If the pump didn't start after the cool off period, disconnect it from main and open the back compartment (where the main wire goes) and completely submerge the pump in the water. Allow all the bubble to escape and close the compartment while in the water. As I noticed there may air bubble trapped inside the compartment causing the pump overheat frequently. Once the bubbles are gone pump will work smoothly.2. Reduced speed, or stopping= It is due to clogging. Just open the front compartment (always disconnect the pump from the main) clean the pump thoroughly. You have to take out the impeller out and check for any threads got trapped on. If something wrapped on the shaft the pump may struggle to rotate fast.Overall it is good.Please make the wire at least 1.5m long and use better quality wires.

The product is priced right, as per the quality of the material and performance however it's not a fully reliable product. The motor just hums but the pump doesn't work.
