Way nicer than i thought
This cage is beautiful and huge. Absolutely perfect for my 5 month old panther chameleon. I was able to put two full grown plants a bunch of wood and some vines. I dislike the its so hard to clean because the way the sliding glass doors are. And the little suction cups they come with for the doors to open and close are impossible. I also don’t like that one of the doors doesn’t fit for me to lock it but the other one does. Although i never lock it because i don’t have kids to mess with it. But assembly was really easy. You need two people though because you have to hold the three sliding glass doors while someone puts the lid on or else they will fall. Other than that, it’s perfect for what i used it for.

Wrong instructions & some other faults.
This cage is beautiful however, it is extremely hard to assemble. I got this cage for my arboreal Coastal Carpet Python who’s 6 feet long. The instructions that come with it are for a completely different model. The glass pieces while assembling don’t secure until the entire thing it put together. Assembling this with one person would be impossible. It took three hours to assemble and one of the pieces chipped in the process due to how difficult and ridiculous the instructions and entire process was. Finally after completing- everything is as it should be however, one of the locks don’t lock and when the doors close there’s a small gap. I noticed after putting substrate in and removing the substrate that there are water marks at the base stuck inside the glass which tells me that the glass isnt the best quality. Other than that I do like this tank to use it but I’m sad about the locks not being functional and one of the glass pieces having a chip in it now. I would look around a bit more before choosing this product.

Amazing!
This is by far the best pre-made terrarium set up we have come across! We have a growing Chinese Water Dragon and this is the 3rd one we have purchased. It came in on time, was extremely well priced for the size (especially compared to other companies), and super easy to assemble. The company emailed me to warn that they do get damaged in shipping from time to time and instructed what to contact them for and what to go through Amazon for. It arrived in perfect condition and is now waiting for my husband to begin creating the habitat before our little reptile outgrows his current terrarium. This one is far superior to the current one as it is much sturdier and easier to open, close and lock. Can't wait to see the finished enclosure with our Dragon enjoying it! Will definitely purchase from them again for lighting and our other needs!

Great terrarium
I bought this terrarium because the size was perfect for the stand and hood I already had. You definitely need 2 people to put this together since all the glass pieces are not secure until the last step. The instructions were not for the model i got however the basic concept was the same and I was easily able to see how it should go together. The packaging was great, I had no concerns that anything was broken. Only issue I have with it is that the sliding glass doors do not work with the locks. Even when locked the doors will open. However this is not an issue for me since I dont have kids or anyone in the house that shouldnt be opening the cage.

Terrible Customer Service
First, it is very difficult to find a terrarium this size - so kudos for having one!Though there are a few things that are not very nice about this terrarium, we actually like it. However, ours arrived with a panel shattered. Ok, this can happen in shipping. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a response from customer service- think black hole. Though we could have taken advantage of the free return shipping, that seemed silly. We ended up finding a glass store 45 minutes from our home. The second issue is that this is not particularly easy to assemble. Nor could you do it well alone. Because the glass is in panels that include front doors resulting in 3 panels of glass in the front, 2 side panels, and a panel in the back that need to be secured into the top screen - wobbling insecure pieces of glass. We used a rope to tie around the panels as it was being built and then 2 of us to hold, position, and connect parts. Next, the doors catch every time we move the panel open or closed. This could be really problematic if you have an escape artist for a pet. Speaking of escape artists, our snake can slide straight up the side of the glass to hit the screen. She is just a juvenile at 3ft. Come adulthood (she'll be 4ft) - she will pop that screen off. We are just going to put weights on it. A locking mechanism would be lovely.Another issue is that there are gaps in the panels, tracking, and doors. if your pet requires humidity - not going to happen without a humidifying machine in this terrarium.

Read This Before Assembly!
I love my tank and it was very easy to assemble by myself. HOWEVER! Some key things to note before you put it together :1) Separate your glass panels. They are all labeled and if you don't follow the labeling it will not fit together correctly2)The grooved support pieces that the glass slides into are all single groove EXCEPT the front glass parts. If you see two grooves its a front facing part (this includes the lid!)3) Sliding doors : The two side panels go IN FRONT of the single middle sliding panel. If you have it the opposite way, it will not lock and it will be able to be opened. Those were just some things not mentioned on the instructions that would have been helpful. Either way, I got it put together in about an hour by myself.
