It arrived quickly , very easy to use - be warned it can be a bit harsh depending on where you use it . Trying to use it on your lower back is tricky !!!! You need the flexibility to be able to hold your body weight as you roll onto it . It is a great quality , very study and will last . It’s even been chucked round by the kids and survived .

My son really enjoys this for clicking his back and relieving tension. He also likes the design.

Very tough and sturdy, great for rolling muscles, been doing it every day. Quite painful for first week but muscles are used to it now and is definitely making a difference in relaxing them. I cycle over 15/20 hrs a week so great for my legs

I like this foam roller I used it on my leg to loosen the tight muscles caused by my meniscus injury.the tightness and knots in my legs have gone on first use .very handy to have in the home I will certainly be using it again as and when needed.

I bought this item in Dec 2020 and it now has a crack in the inner shell and makes a noise when I use it. I am not sure about its efficacy anymore. I am only 55kgs. Is this to be expected after less than 4 years?
