Its a sturdy and easy to operate. It comes in a good bag to store. Very effective for muscular problems. The catalogue doesn't give how it should be used. One has to search online to learn it's use.

Old used product that does not work and has parts missing too.
The media could not be loaded. Amazon sent a clearly old used product. Not ok. The product does not work from day one and has parts like the conducting gel missing. Second time. Even though Amazon is replacing it, it is a big waste of time and this was time sensitive. I do not even know when the replacement is going to come.
