The bike came in 5 business days, west coast to east coast. I assembled it in no time without a manual. This is not my first rodeo, so I knew what I was doing. The packaging was intact, however, I had a gouge in the front wheel spoke. The manufacturer did not provide enough protection bottom line. The wheel spoke is aluminum so it will not rust. I know daily use, the bike is going to receive scratches, so it isn't the end of the world.I purchased aluminum pedals because I ride hard and I replaced foldable pedals within weeks on other commuter bikes because some just don't last. I also purchased a more comfortable seat because I broke my tailbone years back and two hours on a bike just kill me on tiny seats.I have ridden it in the parking lot at work. OMG it is like the Cadillac of bike. I didn't even use the battery assist yet. I am looking forward to riding it home once the cold spell breaks here in the northeast.Overall Stoked!!!!~Kate~

It's a great ebike! I enjoy using it for commuting every day around 12miles. There are 3levels of pedal assisting, I use level 2 which is easily get you pedaling 20mph, you wont get tired. Push it above 20mph gives you the workout if you want! Doing 12miles using up half the battery power, on level 2.

Bike is exactly what I expected, sharp looking, easy to handle, comfortable to ride, battery last , good power . very happy. Everytime I ride I am complemented
