Liked it so much I bought it again

Not worth it, buy something else.
Took this as directed. Exercised 4 or 5 times per week (which I was doing before purchasing this product). Didn't seem to work. No changes in weight. Appetite staid about the same. No noticeable changes while taking this supplement.
