Works good, but kinda pricey.
I got this phone for my daughter for her 12th birthday, needless to say she was extremely excited to receive her 1st cell phone. I have the same exact phone, I wanted to get 1 for her that I already knew how to work and set up. So far, so good! The only complaint I have is that I paid $150 for this phone, then i had to spend an additional $35 for her minute card, while mine was only $99 at Walmart. Other than that, no complaints thus far.

Look into the Sky Pro before purchasing.
I'm probably going to bore you but please hear me out. Let me start off by saying I've had the Samsung Galaxy Sky Pro since it's release, and prior I had the Grand Prime. Both of them were excellent phones. The charge port on my Sky Pro quit so naturally I had ended up getting a new phone. The Crown seemed like a good upgrade. I got my phone number and everything transferred and all was good to go. But I noticed that everything was very let's say "quiet". I had 3+ bars and LTE was lit up so I can't blame lack of signal, but once I clicked restart and let the phone reboot the text messages and missed call notifications came flooding in. This wasn't a one time thing either. It's done this a handful of times now. And I've only had the phone a week!! I've had tech support try and help with the issue, and I've even YouTubed/Googled the issue to no avail. If you wanna make a call you literally have to reboot the phone first. I am sending this phone back and buying another Sky Pro.Other issues I've noticed is Bixby constantly being shoved down my throat. I suppose that's a new Samsung thing? I have no idea. I disabled it.Touch Screen very laggy and sometimes down right unresponsive.
