Time to use the rest up or risk degradation. As with all these agar filled dishes, I wouldn't refrigerate as that will condense liquid and make a mess. Leave them open in a room for an hour, incubate them for a couple of days, then shine a light through them and count the number of mold colonies that have formed. I was able to rule out any serious mold problem in my home because almost no mold colonies formed on any of the plates.
