I've purchased several of this model over the years. The volume of air in the wind tunnel is amazing and really creates air movement in the entire room. This is not a quiet fan due to the nature of the wind technology but I actually use these for white noise in the bedroom. It is about the air movement and not the noise level. I did have one of the fans go bad on me after years of faithful use and Vornado honored the warranty and shipped me new one without proof of purchase. All they needed was the serial number.

I did not like the fact that Vornado went with the cheapest excuse for a motor they possibly could. Quiet yeah right the fan made all kinds of rattling noises while it was running on low and medium. Plastic come on for NATO you been making fans for over a hundred and fifty years make the damn thing out of steel.

I wish the lowest setting was a little more powerful but medium is enough on the fan. High is very powerful and what I use at night to sleep well. I dont need an AC. The fan is enough. I highly recommend the fan. I love it.

What can I say? A tiny bit noisy which is just how I like it.

This is our 3rd Voranado. They are a great product and easy to use. The air they circulate is wonderful for Sue size. We have one that we use in the shower every night to help dry it. Keeps mold down.
