Understandably, this packaging was not robust enough for the shipping process. Regrettably, my initial package was damaged during transit and never made it to me. It was only 3 days after the expected delivery date that I was informed of the damage and the subsequent return of the package. Luckily, I managed to reorder and receive another hitch just in time for my trip. I urge desertcart to enhance the packaging to prevent other customers from experiencing the delays I encountered.
