I went with the “tall” because it was Prime, adding 6 more inches which I don’t need. The bag is BIG! I am a side sleeper who tosses and turns a lot. Having room is important for my comfort, making me a happy camper. For reference I am 5’4, 220 40 D size 14 and the bag has plenty of room and can fit into my pack with ease.Rated five stars for all the bigger lady adventures out there looking for a great bag that won’t suffocate you.If I end up cold on my next trip I will update my review. I had multiple cold spots in this bag around the zipper, feet, and on the sides mainly my back or my left/right. This made it very hard to stay warm during the night.
