It takes a few days to find the best position as everyone's spine problems are different, I guess. But now I've settled into it, it's a Godsend.The cushion is thick, very substantial, firm and supportive. There is a coccyx cut-out to reduce pain on the tailbone - and you can use either side of the cushion to sit on, hence the trial/error procedure as you get used to it :)It's a bit like a squishy saddle, almost! Curved, shaped, and excellent at encouraging better posture.I have severe degenerative joint disease of the spine with zero disc space between 7 vertebrae, osteophytes and neuropathic pain.
