Naomi Home Grey Twin Size Loft Bed with Desk, Bookcase Shelf, Cabinet Ladder, and Safety Guard Rails

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this item. The bed is very well build. I read some people reviews before I bought it saying it was cheap but this is not the case. I am glad I didn’t listen to these reviews. The desk is very sturdy as well if you follow the instructions. Packing kept items safe as packing was damaged but not the material for any of the bed products.The bookcase was very easy to build. The drawers are not flimsy either as one review said. I had to adjust the screws once I put the drawers in so they lined up straight which is common for any build.Finally the bed seems very sturdy and easy to get into. It took me a little over 2 hours to complete the whole build. If you have put anything together successfully this should be an easy build.I will hopefully get a second one for my daughter. My only complaint is the price. I wish it was a little less but it is in line with other loft beds. I just would of liked to get 2 so both of my kids had one. Hopefully down the line I can make that happen. All in all a solid price and a great made product.

Great bed with tons of storage for a smaller room. My daughter loves it. A little time consuming to put together but I’m not very handy and I was able to figure it out!We had initial issues with one of the boxes having some defective boards but the company was very easy to work with and quickly shipped a replacement box within a few days. I was very impressed with the customer service experience, especially since I worked with them over a weekend.

Be grateful that I'm not writing this while still angry about this order - there will be fewer expletives.The bed is not even remotely close to what the website promises. High quality? Not even close. We say junk. Some of the boards were warped. Some had marks or dings on them from shipping. I had to google a customer service phone number. After six minutes of an automated menu and hold, it hung up on me. I emailed customer service and didn't get a reply. (They emailed the next day with an apology, but offered no solution.) This is horrible customer service.I still managed to put it together (more than 8 hours of work). There were no ninstructions on how to attach the desk mounting/support boards to the bed. The mounting/support boards were not long enough to reach both sides of the bed, so when I screwed them in, the screws caught the edge of the wood, breaking the wood and making it unusable. The screws pulled out and damaged the wood. There were no markings for where to put the mounting/support boards for the desk. I had to guess. The order of directions is also wrong. I had disassemble part of the bed (unscrew two slats) to attach the mounting/support boards. Why not just build a mounting frame for the desk? I actually had to go the hardware store and buy longer screws and jerry-rig a way to attach the mounting/support boards. When I did, the desk works, but it feels flimsy and the surface is not quite level.It was nice that the packaging included some extra dowels and screws. But it also included SIX (6) extra boards, some of which were labeled with numbers that don't appear on the instructions. Others had no label.This was a frustrating experience. The quality of the product is low. We are horribly disappointed. We would absolutely never recommend Naomi Home for anything. We are hoping to return this, but we ripped up the boxes when we opened them.

I read all of the reviews before purchasing this product. I was skeptical at first given some of the reviews given. Yes, the product arrives in 3 separate boxes (bed, dresser, and desk with book shelf). It arrived 2 days after I ordered it. Yes, there is a strong odor from the process of coating the material, I assume. The directions are a little vague but not horrible. I received the wrong instructions with my bed box which turned into a minor headache. I called the customer service line which was kind of a joke. They said that I would have a copy sent to my email within the hour. I still do not have that email two weeks later. I ended up finding a similar copy on the internet but the hardware did not match what I had. With a little common sense the bed went together fine. I would plan for 4-6 hours to assemble by yourself. I am happy with my purchase so far. The bed is solid and my daughter loves it. I am sure the strong odor will go away eventually, I hope.
