    These are embroidery hoops

I purchased these because I thought they were plain wooden hoops -instead I received embroidery hoops in the mail.  When I contacted the seller they told me to dispose of the outer ring and use the inner ring - as that would be what I was looking for.  I would rather have a refund than create unnecessary waste - just a warning for anyone thinking these are plain wooden rings.
