He didn't like this model as it can roll if you're moving laterally aggressively and then bought the best model recommended by the company. I've noticed that. He recommended the 1" foam because of my discomfort. If you are in constant pain and spend most of your time on your knees you need these. It's like you aren't kneeling anymore. If not, there are less bulky options. I wore them for a week to complete the project and my knees stopped hurting after 2-3 days. It was like I wasn't kneeling the first time I put them on.
