If you don't know what you're doing you WILL burn yourself. If you DO know what you're doing, you will probably still burn yourself.These things are awesome, but not for the faint of heart. ### ⭐⭐⭐ HUGE Heads but too akward *by A***N on August 22, 2011* I bought these poi because of how MASSIVE they are. But when I recieved them in the mail I decided to wait until I got used to how they feel when spinning. As a fire spinner for almost 3 years now I was hesitant to light them up and I ended up cutting the chains MUCH shorter so I didn't really burn myself. The heads themselves are great, very nice 5+ minute burn and the flames are giant. When I put them on oval link chains that were to my prefered length they spun a lot better. If you're a beginner spinner do not buy these. I don't think I would buy these again myself since monkey fist heads are a much better choice.
