I have tried different brands of oregano oils and found the Joy of the Mountains to be the best one! I used to drop the oil into water to take it so it's easier on the taste, but now I can actually drop it straight under my tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then quickly chase it with water. This is very concentrated, but the potency is good. I have used it for fighting sore throat, cold, flus, canker sores and I've even rub it on my arms and legs to ward off mosquitos. The oil helps me to get better quickly and I believe it boosts my immunity as well. I love this product and will take it with me wherever I go!

I've gone through a few bottles at this point, any time I feel the beginnings of a sore throat I take a drop or two under my tongue with a drink to wash it down and the next day that sore throat feeling has left the building. it's not as helpful for when you are already in the middle of a cold. it does burn a lot but a glass of juice really helps and you get used to the taste

A little nasty tasting as I put 6 drops under my tongue once a day. Hoping to ward off colds and flus this winter. But a couple of good swigs of water and it is not bad.

Amazing product, my family uses this as the go to if we feel like we may be getting sick, feeling ill or not sure what to do, “take oregano” is our quick fix to any health related things. Make you strong like bull. Easily the best natural antibiotic. If you feel sick or have a sore throat take this to knock it out.

Love oregano oil for fighting off colds hate the taste but works great
