Installation was straightforward, and I was able to install it without having to break or modify my stucco, which was a huge plus. It works great, looks good once installed, and feels solid and well-made. I really like that it includes a built-in screen to keep critters out, along with an access panel/screen door that makes it easy to clean out lint that may occasionally build up.
