Good
Quality and make is good, I think it’s little over priced but it’s worth it when it looks it can run for couple years. Have not tried dipping my hands while it’s on, as it mentions no shock in water, nor I would suggest anyone to try doing such things around few hundred watt of electricity flowing around that bucket or rod whatever.

Short wire
It heats water lie it is supposed to. Somehow not as fast as the 1500watts heater I was using earlier. I haven’t used that much as the wire is too short. Electric points are not in the middle of the bathroom. They are supposed to be in a corner for safety reasons. Wires for these things need to be long enough for safe usage.

Stopped heating water quickly. Disappointed. Would not recommend
It's been over a week now and the product quality seems to be very good. I liked the black and red color and the spiral design of the rod. Apart from that, it does the work what it's meant to do - heat the water QUICKLY!Update: After using the product for about a month, the heating efficiency was impacted severely. It took a lot of time to heat a bucket of water. Due to this I received a hefty electricity bill. Also upon inspection, I spotted that 2000watts was hand-written. So I am really not sure that it was 2000W as claimed.Disappointed!
