**Q: It holds exactly 20 ounces up  to the folding border**
A: Yes

**Q: Will they work for pies?**
A: I don't feel this pan would work for a pie. It's more suited gor rolls or cake and cinammon rolls. I woul search for a deep dish pie pan with lid. I also package lose cookies in this pan.

**Q: Can these be used in the microwave?**
A: I really cannot say if they are safe for microwave use  I purchased these because I sell food.

**Q: Can this hold two pound fruit cake**
A: No..1.5lb is the most.. I use these for my fruit cakes as well.
