The UPS does not provide any battery backup and fails to perform its primary function. Despite following the installation instructions, the unit is not working as expected. What made the experience worse was the after-sales support. When I tried to initiate a replacement/return through the Amazon app and website, nothing happened. After contacting Amazon customer support, I was informed that this is a third-party product and that I should contact the manufacturer's service center directly. The contact number provided by Amazon was switched off and unreachable, leaving me with a non-functional product and no effective support channel. I purchased this product expecting reliable power backup and customer service, but received neither.
