This is a great sharpener I'm a professional artist 50 years. Never used a sharpener just a very sharp knife. But I took a chance and tried this sharpener. It is excellent. I use it on Prismacolor colored pencils. It is very easy to control the amount of sharpness you want with this sharpener. I enclosed a picture of a pencil just sharpened. I would recommend this sharpener very highly.

best for home use. just not powerful enough

Sharpener did not get enough energy from batteries to sharpen a single pencil. Replaced with new high quality brand name batteries and it still wasn't enough to function. Defective and poorly made. Very disappointed.

I really like this sharpener. I had one just like it but left it in my car on a couple super cold days and it never worked the same again 🙁 I will be sure to not repeat my mistake this time!! This sharpens really nicely.

This is a good little sharpener. Had to empty quit a bit. Because of huge amount I sharpened. Broken tips on a couple colored pencils but easily removed with toothpick to help pop out. Sharpened a number 2 and all good. Nice spear point on all pencils. I would say pretty durable. I probably did more sharpening than most do in a year today. 30 years and 4 grown now kids worth of pencils. Went through today. Regular and colored pencils literally 100’s.

It broke after 2 months.

Great product. Added batteries and works fine. Able to sharpen No. 2 and colored pencils easily and quickly. No hassle, no problems. Recommend this for family or office use.
