The backpack is great quality, so actually like this backpack more than my old army bergen, It has the ability to add more bags/pouches to It and also includes USB headphone jack for charging and music. Only downside is that they should have added an extra little pocket close to the cables for a portable power pack and phone, it's not a big deal I love the bag.

The name says it all ‘BASIC’.1. Handle rubber wears away and you’re left with half a handle.2. Nowhere to put a power bank inside and cables lay all over the bag and catch on items.3. Bad design makes the from two pockets, which overlap, much too tight to put anything in once main bag is full.4. On the shoulder handles you have to actually tie them in a knot once you find the right length as the clips they supply just let the handle slide open as you can see in pictures I have double knitted both.They have both came loose many times.I am currently looking for a better bag as going on holiday soon.Very VERY disappointed
