**Q: Does it help with vibration? And do you need any special connection to hook it up?**
A: Yes, it reduces the vibration.  It is a full loop spring top and bottom for safety.  Just use spring snaps to connect.  We also recommend the use of a swivel if you are not already using one.

**Q: How long is it with a bag hanging from it. I plan on hanging a 150# heavy bag.**
A: Spring is long , too long to hang a bag from a stand or low ceiling, the spring is heavy duty and over 10 inch long. My stand is 84 inches high and the bag with the spring is way to low. You would need a height of 90 plus inches I would think. If you have the height it's a great spring.

**Q: Was this spring made to be used with a 100 lb heavy bag?**
A: Yes. However, you must keep in mind the position of the bag attached to the spring as it shall add about an extra foot descending from the hanging point and the top of the bag. I like to use my small 50 lbs. bag with this attachment for that reason and switch to the 140lbs. bag without the spring on my punching bag stand.

**Q: I have a 100lb bag that is 10-12" too short, so it's hard to practice leg whips. Will adding this spring make the bag swing / sway excessively?**
A: The longer the total length of springs holding the bag to the mounting point on top, the more the bag will swing when hit.  Really depends on total length of springs and how it's mounted.
My bag is mounted RECESSED into floor joists (three-wide) using a single spring which helps prevent the bag from swinging excessively.
Adding an extra 10" of spring is likely going to result in a good deal of swinging.
