Once I downloaded the associated app, I quickly ran into issues connecting the device to the app. After over 25 connections attempts, trouble shooting on my own, and doing some research on my own, I was still not successful in connecting the device to the app. I reached out to the sales email associated with the app and received no response. The camera function, the primary reason that I chose this device over another, completely unable to be used. The app itself has limited reviews, the majority of which are poor. The app itself is lackluster. I would encourage customers to avoid this device. The quality initially seems to be what is expected but it’s subpar on closer inspection. If you’re looking for a similar device, try another brand.
