Excellent as far as my taste is concerned. It goes a long way, depending on taste and how many dishes you use it in. I have used it on pork chops, steak and oven baked potatoes. For potatoes, cut into cubes, boil them. Place them in oven safe pan or dish. Coat with a little olive oil. Coat with garlic plus and bake, enjoy. **Q: How much salt is in this product?** A: Low salt is in this item, I can't tell you if it's NO salt but the flavor it adds to my dishes is excellent.
