I personally like the ResMed better. On the dreamwear I use the small nasal but the ResMed I use the medium **Q: does this product fit (Airfit P10 pillow Medium) ?** A: No this does not fit the Airfit P10. I don't know of a nasal cushion that fits the P10. The N30i is a nasal cushion so it sits under the nose unlike a nasal pillow that goes slightly into the nose. It is interchangeable with the P30i nasal pillow.
