Magnesium is a trace mineral that our body needs and most of us lack due our diet of over processed foods. There are so many things magnesium helps with. For women it helps with our moods, PMS, energy and literally the list goes on for 300 other things. (Not joking) When magnesium is taken in pill form our bodies have a hard time absorbing it. This stuff is liquid and down to the very nano for easy absorption. The taste is a little weird at first so I recommend putting it in juice to begin with. I’ve been taking this for so long that I just drink it in my water. It has really helped me! I take it daily and if I don’t I Can really tell a huge difference.
