The tool is so small and smooth it is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the clip would have made it more cumbersome. **Q: where is it made?** A: China? Deal breaker for me! **Q: What is the exact dimensions of the blade from the base? TSA allows a blade that is less than 6 cm long and 1/2 inch wide to be carried on a flight.** A: No blades of any size are allowed in carrying on, in the states. After getting on 50+ different flights in 2019, with this Gerber in my carry on TSA finally stopped me and told me I can not bring this on.
