If the body, it is just like any other "blade" or other accessory you put into the machine. If you mean the tips, you unscrew the silver top loosening it and place the tip in and then tighten the silver top and you're ready to go. **Q: Would this work in the silhouette portrait 3? it uses many of the same blades and accessories as the cameo 4.** A: Yes!
