### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoes; could use a bit more arch support

The reality is that these shoes offer a modest amount of arch support, which I would not describe as either "good" or "not good," but "it's okay but could be better."  If the arch support were a bit better, I'd have given it five stars.  That is the main weakness of these shoes from my perspective.  Given that they offered a range of choices for all the questions except the one about arch support, I assume they know that the arch support is really not what most people would describe as "good," but they don't want to hear it.  Instead, they offer only yes or no as choices, in order to "push" you into telling them what they want to hear (yes), so they can use it as an excuse to avoid spending any money on product improvement.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grasshoppers Sole Elements Zip

This is my 3rd pair of Grasshoppers and they are my new favorite brand of shoe.  I put these on new and wore them all day long.  They are now my go-to shoes.  They are SOOO comfortable and they're attractive, my foot doesn't turn in them, plenty of room for my chubby toes...  Nice, cushy insole... perfect.  The color looks a little odd and it's hard to describe.  Kind of a cross between brown and gray.  They look great with blue jeans.  If the zipper doesn't go all the way up, wear them a bit and try again.  They'll stretch just a tad.Update:  Re the color.  Still hard to describe, but I LOVE it!  I wore these shoes with olive green pants and they worked much better than a brown shoe. They are just a wonderful neutral.

### ⭐⭐ Way too big

I really like the style, nice looking shoe but too wide in the heel and too long so had to return them.  I reordered the size 8 wide hoping that would be better but it was too short and too narrow (it was more like a 7 1/2 regular width) whereas the 8.5 was more like a 9 or 9.5 extra wide!  Evidently the sizing isn't consistent.
