Al rifai zaatar baladi with almonds & walnuts- thyme powder is a traditionally sun dried thyme herb mixed with salt, sesame seeds and sumac. Various herbs are added to the mix depending on local tradition and liking. For this version, we are adding ground almonds and walnuts to give it a nuttier and earthy flavor.
