C234-A can shred up to 6 sheets of paper (letter size, 20 pounds) at a time into 5/32 by 15/32 inches (4 x 12 mm), particles smaller than standard micro-cut. Hassle-free and easy operation. This machine features convenient small handles to easily lift the shredding part to empty the trash can when you are completely looking through the window in the front. In auto-start mode, shredding starts automatically when the sensor in the center of the feed slot detects paper insertion. If the shredder is stuck due to shredding exceeds the paper, the manual reverse side can help to remove it. Overheat protection The bonsaii shredder is equipped with an overheat protection system. **Q: Will it shred cards?**
A: Yes, it will shred credit cards and/or greeting cards.

**Q: How is it emptied?**
A: Emptying is very easy. The top part has a handle that simply lifts off. I then use a large trash bag to remove contents.

**Q: How does this operate? Do you charge it ? Does it come with charger**

Please plug in the machine and slide the switch to the Auto mode. Then machine will be turned on and you could insert the paper to shred.

**Q: Does it cut paper as small as confetti??**
A: I have the Bonsai 6 sheet micro-cut shredder and YES, the results after shredding looks just like confetti.  If its high security your looking for, this shredder definitely does the job.

Lovely, tiny little shredder for home. Micro-cut is great, makes confetti-like tiny spects out of the documents I shred. Just perfectly what I needed. Super compact but will have lots of time before I have to empty it with light home use.

I purchased this 'cross cut' shredder because the "strip cut" I had was useless I would have to go in after shredding and tear into smaller pieces. Checked amazon and found this shredder, I found it to be study construction, good price, prompt delivery and it shreds into tiny pieces so job done right away. It will shred credit cards (one at a time). I don't have a lot of shredding to do, but when I need to shred this product is perfect. I got used to shredding one piece of paper at a time on my old one so that is what I do with this one. As it shreds credit cards it will obviously shred more than one piece of paper at a time.
