But it works great! It will not strip anything but powder coated material. I redid an iron door that had been touched up with solvent based paint. The stripper did not do anything to the solvent based paint but stripped everything else. Most strippers take off everything indiscriminately. The gel isn't like most stripper gels either. It is more the consistency of paint, I'm sure the liquid version is more like water. Easily brushed and easily scraped off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ What is usually expected *by K***W on March 9, 2025* Acts like most paint removers used to as effective products in California have been banned. On carbonized materials most goo is disolved leaving calky carbon which is much easier to remove. Stubborn finishes require repeat applications.This is a thin liquid resembling warm syrup upon application.
