It takes time of course but you'll see a difference after a few months! It may not get rid of them completely but it can definitely reduce the appearance **Q: Is this product vegan? (Vegetable glycerin or animal glycerin) ?** A: no they use honey in some of the products however they are cruelty free. **Q: Will it help smooth cracked heels?** A: Yes, but I would recommend first soaking your feet for 15 minutes in warm water, dry, and then use a really good foot file to slough off all the dead cracked skin.
