I was home all day, and keeping an eye out for the expected delivery - but it never arrived. I contacted the seller (Solotech Ecom USA) and they responded almost immediately. They said they would ship my order again via a different carrier, and it arrived in just a couple days. My thanks to them, I was impressed with how quickly they acted to correct a problem that they did not cause - it was a carrier problem.As for the Chauvet DJ Bank, I had purchased this same product a year or two ago, and knew it to be a quality item. When buying, I was actually not aware that it was sound activated. I plugged it in, and it responded amazingly to my music. It lit up my room quite well. I added some smoke at it was even better. It has a sound-sensitivity control, as well as speed control. I would recommend this any day. I'm just a house DJ and the most I've done is DJ for my school dance, but this is more than awesome. If you're a serious DJ or musician, you should probably go with a bigger system. The ONLY down is the short power chord. All you have to do is attach a power strip and plug that in. Then when you want it on, just turn on the power strip. This also works as an extension chord.
