Review: These are great. - These are really tasty and refreshing. Ideal to use in hot weather when you have access to water rather than carrying an electrolyte drink. Used them during a hot and hilly 10 mile race and they worked well to stop me dehydrating.
Review: I believe these stopped my cramp problem. - Used these on a marathon run, and it was the first time I'd run a marathon WTHOUT getting cramp. I took one every 30-40 minutes, I also paid special attention to staying hydrated too, so can't be certain that these tablets did the trick, but I'm certainly going to use them on my next hard race. The flavour was not so good though, it made me cough unless I took it JUST before a water station.

Bought them for a 112 sportive to prevent cramping up on big climes. Took one every hour on the ride along with isotonic drink and were excellent . The taste however takes a bit of time to get use to and didn't come in a tube as advertised (sealable packet)
