Normally it would take a couple weeks or 4 weeks to feel a difference, but I notice my pain melting away as I use this. I just do the lowest setting for 10 minutes, but I have accidentally pressed other buttons while using it. I purchased dog laser goggles and red light ski goggles for using alongside this product. It was packaged so beautifully so it works perfectly for a gift. I really like that it can be charged. There is more surface area and lights on this model compared to others. This was great value for what I received and it was easy to charge and use, but I thoroughly researched and read the instructions anyway.
